NEW organ piece “La Folia” (2025) composed by @katemoorecomposer_official (1979) and performed by Matthias Havinga at the 1889 Sauer-organ of the St. Nicolaas co-cathedral, Amsterdam. Minimal music with a great build up, using good and nice polyrhythms. The assistants are not only needed to pull stops, but also to press keys for pitches where the hands of the organist lack a couple of fingers. This piece was commissioned by Radio France for a concert by Matthias Havinga at the Maison de la Radio
