This the Euro model. One of the long range models I look at from the NCDC (National Climatic Data Center) in Washington DC. A bunch of servers with a bunch of algorithms use analog data, and current observations that are fed through a bunch of fancy equations, and what you get is a forecast simulation of what the models think the weather is going to do in the future.
