An overnight fire at an Oconomowoc hotel is believed to have been caused by a heating unit, according to the Western Lakes Fire District.

The fire started at 9 a.m. at The Cove Hotel on Bridge Street. Salem Fire Department Chief Alan Dionne said the flames started in one room and spread into the attic.
