"We made a reservation weeks in advance to pick up our daughters from a hotel to the airport transport for a 9am pick up. We were provided the name and contact information for their driver on Friday and 2 hours prior to the committed pick up. They should have sent that to their driver as she was not there at 9 and not responsive on her phone so I called the help line which was no help. 30 minutes later they cannot reach their own driver! If you do reserve a transport from Cardinal make sure you have plenty of time and you Only call between 8-5 Monday through Friday since that seems to be the only they may be able to assist. Horrible experience!!!"

"Recent red eye trip to Salem MA. We narrowly missed a what would have been fatal accident. Our driver, who had issues the whole trip with staying alert and awake, fell asleep for a good minute on\nThe highway traveling at highway speeds. The other driver, who was also an issue, had to take control and save us all. Her driving might not have been as horrible but her attitude sure was. The cussing, arguing with other drivers in front of us over her headset, telling passengers she's not responsible for giving us toilet paper, cussing in front of children, and then threatening to take off while people were exiting the bus with their belongings. The whole trip was a disaster. Everyone on board is now being accused of being racist. Which is absolutely the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I guess we should have all just allowed this to happen and kept our mouths shut for the sake of the company. I guess when it's 30+ against 1 when it comes to what happened, we should discredit the group of people. *eyeroll*. Do your research before boarding a charter bus and definitely book elsewhere. Save yourself the trauma! \nI'm giving them one star because there's no place to leave a negative star review."

"Speeding school bus #Q14218 (left side rear) 931 (right side rear) with VAT on the sides sped up a residential street shortly after 3 pm and when the driver came to a parked vehicle the white male driver decided to merge into my lane--with me in it! Despite my alerting with the horn he proceeded to continue into my lane almost hitting my vehicle. Traffic stopped and another VAT bus behind me came up close to my rear bumper, pinning me in. I called VAT and the male who answered on a speaker phone told me to hold on while he proceeded to yell at others in what sounded like a chaotic scene. Realizing this was not a professional business and doubting they would be concerned about the aggressive driving by their drivers I disconnected and reported it to CPD."
